I needed to send a next day food/wine basket next day from USA to Alicante, Spain. The web site was very user friendly, with no hidden fees, and abundant with options. I also needed flowers delivered two days later to same address. Both deliveries were delivered exactly as promised. The flowers were left at door and I was sent a photo. Let me tell you-they were far more beautiful than in web site. I can’t say whether prices are competitive with other global delivery vendors but I can testify that I didn’t feel financially exploited. Most critically, I needed something special delivered (twice!) with very little turnaround time and the need was more than met. Additionally, communication with the company was quick and courteous! I will be doing business again!

We just wanted to express our appreciation to Progift for an excellent job on delivering flowers on a very tight schedule. We made the order in the evening Houston Texas (CST) time for delivery for a noon Funeral in the UK the next day. Progift completely aced the deal and delivered at 10.00a.m. local time (UK) time. Both amazing and better than ANY of their competitors said thye could do. Very grateful. Thank you.

Needed to send flowers to my father who was in the hospital in Germany. Submitted my order and had some challenges with the expected delivery due to time zones.
